TIRES SURVEY:

** Ontario Goodwrench radio survey: An independent research company (Research House), recently conducted a study to compare the prices of Uniroyal Tiger Paw Ice & Snow tires, size P195/70R14.

The study was performed across four major markets: Toronto, London, Ottawa, and Sudbury.

A total of 100 telephone calls were made to mass merchandisers, specialty stores, and independents.

Price was to include the cost of the tire, installation, balancing, rubber valve stems and lifetime inspection.

The study was completed between August 28th and September 10th 2009.

All prices were reported as an industry average based on the response given by a cross-section of this industry.
